EDDIE NEEDS A FOSTER

We need a foster ASAP for this lab/mix. He was found wandering into traffic, lethargic, dehydrated, and starving. He may have been abandoned and tied up. A slip collar was found on the abandoned property. Slip collars are easy for dogs to get out of. A lady who also stopped on the side of the road to help the dog get away from traffic said she had seen him two weeks ago, and that he had gone downhill (looks a LOT skinnier) since the last time she saw him.

He is very sweet, well-mannered, not food aggressive, and just a little shy. We are keeping him at a temporary kennel until we can get him placed into a foster home. We need a foster ASAP to get him out of his situation. We will also need funding to get this guy vetted. Please comment or call 615-438-7184 if you or someone you know might be able to help.
